He gives a variety of exercises that help stop anxiety on the spot and prevent panic attacks too. You can use what works for you and discard the ones you dont like. These exercises help to switch off anxiety thinking by using a different part of the brain. Its all very scientific stuff, but its presented in a very easy to understand, conversational way.
